One-Pan Farmhouse Beef Bowls
A go-to dinner for busy nights & hungry kids From our family to yours — this is the kind of meal we make when the kids are wild, the to-do list is long, and we still want something real and nourishing on the table. This quick one-pan meal uses our HP 4 Farm grass-fed ground beef and whatever veggies you have on hand. Fast, flexible, and always a hit.

Directions


👩‍🍳 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb HP 4 Farm 100% grass-fed ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1–2 cups chopped veggies (carrots, zucchini, bell pepper, broccoli — whatever’s in the fridge!)
  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp ketchup (yes, trust us — kids love it)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: shredded cheese, avocado, or ranch drizzle on top

🕒 Quick Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion until fully cooked. Drain if needed.
  2. Toss in your chopped veggies and cook for 5–7 minutes until just tender.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, and cooked rice. Mix well and heat through.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve in bowls and let the kids top it how they like.
